Reporting to:
Client Service Manager with dottet line to Digital Client Development Manager EMEA


Clienteling KPIs

  • Drive new client development in your markets.
  • Drive retention of VICs, 10K and POT10K clients
  • Drive ROI on product launches through targeted clienteling activities
  • Prioritizing weekly actions based on market performance.
  • Collaborate with TMs, Client Development teams at CSC and HO

Reporting and tools

  • Closely monitor productivity of all client advisors on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Share qualitative feedback and proposed actions with CSC and Client Development team.
  • Perform quality checks regularly for written clienteling and wardrobing outreaches.
  • Partner with each country Digital & Clienteling Manager on monthly basis to follow up on ICON reassignment, 10k & pot 10k clients' evolution
  • Ongoing monitoring of 'ICON' tool usage and creation of monthly 'ICON' calendar and newsletter along with training of new user groups

Client Experience:


  • Develop personalised and exceptional local instore and external client experiences, encompassing onetoone client appointments, bespoke entertainment and hospitality options in partnership with the store teams
  • Manage the organisation of all virtual bridges
  • Build individual client development plan (client mapping) for High End and International Events.
  • Own Gifting calendar and organize appropriate gestures for clients.

Teams

  • Together with Managers, coach and develop clienteling mindset withing teams through 1:1 session with concrete action and development plan for each team members.
  • Provide leadership amongst teams, ensuring positive team spirit, keeping the team motivated to exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Performance and Planning teams to ensure that appropriate clienteling time is allocated.

PROFIL

  • Minimum LOS of 3 years of Clienteling Experience within luxury sector.
  • Proven track of outstanding performance
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages is a plus according to the market
  • Strong organisation skills, multitasking, prioritisation, timemanagement, and team player and commercial mindset
  • Capability to work with variety of stakeholders across all levels.
