In their internationalization strategy across Europe, our Belux region has been spotted as a key leverage for their growth and under the orchestra of a savvy and energetic local General Manager, they are currently building up the operation.

We are currently looking for an experienced
Fleet Business Development Manager.

Inchcape works with more than 40 of the world's most loved automotive brands to power better mobility, today and in the future. Our 14,500 team members work across 40 country markets in Asia, Australasia and the Pacific, Central and South America, Africa, Europe and the UK


Function

As Fleet Business Development Manager, your goal is to convince new customers to include BYD in their fleet / car policy. You focus primarily on companies with a fleet of at least 50 cars.

  • You actively prospect for potential new customers: In consultation with your manager, you will draw up target lists and try to convince companies to make an appointment by telephone or through other channels.
  • You present our brands to potential new customers and take all necessary actions to convince them of the quality of our cars and the added value for their fleet. Your knowledge of car taxation and TCO is key in these conversations.
  • You maintain close contacts with existing customers and try to convince them to expand our share of BYD in their fleet.
  • You follow up on the BYD concessions and give them feedback when necessary.
  • You report to the Head of Fleet.

Profile

  • Bachelor level or equal through experience
  • Several years of experience in the automotive or leasing industry is a must.
  • Experience in fleet or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of car taxation and the concept of Total Cost of Ownership is essential.
  • You are resultoriented and not afraid to approach people proactively.
  • You work independently, see opportunities and think in terms of solutions.
  • You have excellent social and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in French, with a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good level of English.
  • You are fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
