    Beschrijving

    Le Grand and Associates, selectiekantoor gespecialiseerd in financiële en juridische profielen, is op zoek naar een fiscalist voor één van de iets grotere spelers op de markt. Met meer dan 5 vestigingen in Vlaanderen en een 50-tal multidisciplinaire werknemers, heeft dit kantoor in de afgelopen jaren een stevige voet neergezet op de markt.

    De job

    Samen met een team van fiscalisten & juristen word je na een korte inwerkperiode verantwoordelijk voor de volgende uiteenlopende taken:

  • Het geven van fiscaal & juridisch advies inzake personenbelasting, vennootschapsbelasting, BTW, registratierechten, successierechten, ...
  • Het opmaken van aktes, overeenkomsten, contracten en de nodige verslaggeving
  • Het begeleiden van overnames , fusies en herstructureringen

    • Je klanten liggen je nauw aan het hart. Je zorgt dan ook steeds voor een op maat gemaakt advies.

    Je volgt daarnaast ook fiscale evoluties op en zit regelmatig samen met jouw klanten om hen optimaal te kunnen adviseren.

    Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de rechten of in de economie
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in vennootschapsrecht en fiscaliteit
  • Je hebt een relevante praktijkervaring van minimum 4 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • De baan op gaan om ook klanten van andere kantoren te woord te staan, schrikt jou niet af.
