Local Unit & Position Description:
In this new position within
Business Assurance in Antwerp, you, as an
Allround Sector Officer are responsible for part of the operational process within your sector. This includes, for example, accountability for calculating and drawing up recertification contracts, processing amendments to existing contracts, assembling the audit team, and ensuring that the audit is carried out within the desired period.
All this in close cooperation with your direct colleagues within the sector and colleagues from the other departments within Business Assurance Management System Certification.
Your Activities:
Together with your direct colleagues you are responsible for the operational process of a sector.
- You make contracts and amendments to contracts for our existing customers, considering specific technical scheme requirements and commercial considerations.
- You process new contracts
- You act as a source of information for our auditors regarding contracts, technical approvals, and our database.
- You monitor the quality of our data in our database and continuously contribute to the efficient deployment and optimization of our projects.
- You ensure that all audits are planned within the correct timeframe with auditors who have the correct qualification
- You outsource certification projects to subcontractors.
- You keep the planning system uptodate and ensure that it corresponds to the planned audit activities.
- You may also be asked for expertise in coordinating and planning international projects.
