Purpose Our client acting as Depositary, must comply with its depositary duties to ensure investors andOur client do not suffer any loss or reputational damage as a result of its failure to perform its obligationsor negligent performance of them. Our main obligations are Cash Flow Monitoring, Oversight duties andSafekeeping & Recordkeeping of assets. The control results are documented and shared withManagement Companies, AIFM's, Board of Directors and made available upon request to auditors orregulators.

A foundation of the UCITS and AIFM Regulations is that the depositary must act solely and independentlyin the interest of investors.

Primary responsibilities : The primarily responsibilities of the Senior Analyst TDS are to ensure full compliance with regulatorydepositary requirements related to:Cash Flow MonitoringOversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment compliance, Income Distribution,Timely SettlementSafekeeping and Recordkeeping of assetsThis is achieved by performing continuous sample oversight checks on all Fund's activities and by doing duediligences on Management Companies and all delegates.

Experience and skills :




ESSENTIAL :

• Educational Program in Fund Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance orequivalent
• High level knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
• Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
• Detail oriented

DESIRABLE :

• German
• Good knowledge of Access Behavorial :
• Team orientated, dynamic with the ability to motivate others
• Good communication and presentation skills LA NGUAGES
• Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
