    Senior Analyst Trustee & Depositary Services (TDS) Primary responsibilities
    The primarily responsibilities of the Senior Analyst TDS are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to :
    • Cash Flow Monitoring
    • Oversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment compliance, Income Distribution
    • Timely Settlement
    • Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets
    • This is achieved by performing continuous sample oversight checks on all Fund's activities and by doing due diligences on Management Companies and all delegates
    Experience and skills:
    • ESSENTIAL :
    • Educational Program in Fund Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
    • High level knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
    • Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
    • Detail oriented
    DESIRABLE :
    • German
    • Good knowledge of Access
    Working conditions:
    • Team orientated, dynamic with the ability to motivate others
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    Languages :
    • Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
    • German (nice to have)
