rilingual Business/functional Analyst to meet the needs of one of our esteemed clients in the
banking/insurance sector.

Your Role:

- **Requirements Gathering**: Assemble and analyze requirement maturity, involving test teams to prepare scenarios.

Risk Analysis: Assess and anticipate potential risks encountered during test execution.
-
Functional Analysis: Perform functional analysis of information systems and develop functional designs following the prestudy.

Change Support: Aid in the transition of developments into production, recommending and implementing system enhancements.

Specification Development: Create new program requirements and specifications to meet unique customer needs.

System Support: Assist with system upgrades and resolve issues with current systems.

Service Request Analysis: Analyze service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements, and project timelines.

Profil:

Your Profile:

A
Master's degree in economics, finance, mathematics, law, or computer science, or an equivalent professional experience.
Over
5 years of proven experience in business analysis within the banking and insurance industry.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, analytical thinking, collaboration, datadriven decision making, IT security, and software development.
Technical proficiency with tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow is highly regarded.

Trilingual, with strong command in French and Dutch, and good proficiency in English.

Soft Skills:

A team player with a projectminded approach, quick to adapt and with a proactive, resultsoriented mindset.
Wellorganized, stressresilient, with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
