We are looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen our team in the Energy & Utilities sector, with a primary focus on grid companies._

What will you do at Capgemini Invent:

You will support the growth and development of our Belgian Energy & Utilities team within Capgemini through business development and building up knowledge and experience.
Participate in presales, lead proposal and RDF initiatives
Identify opportunities to grow Capgemini Energy & Utilities market share in Belgium in assetintensive energy and utilities industry with a focus on regulated (grid companies, water, and waste).
You will manage complex projects at our clients
Provide valueadded services and sharp recommendations relying on the work of your team and your inherent knowledge of the sector.
Lead a cross functional team driving change to deliver business value.

What will you bring to Capgemini Invent?

You hold a master's degree in business or engineering._
You are fluent in English as well as French and/or Dutch, and you have a practical knowledge of the other Belgian national language._

You will bring at least 7 years of experience in business transformation through technology in the consulting sector.

5 years' experience in the energy and utilities sector with exposure to senior management would be a plus Experience of successfully managing large, complex programs as part of digital transformation projects would also be appreciated.

Your knowledge in the following areas will be used:

Supporting capabilities (asset management, field service management, customer service and back-office)
Enabling technologies (ERP migrations, EAM, Metering systems, CRM and Billing, SCADA)
Experience in smart grids is considered as a plus.

Your strong entrepreneurial spirit and your commercial mindset will be valued in our projects and support our business development activities.

Confident at working in IT-driven environments, you have strong people management skills to lead and deliver management consultancy projects.
