    Senior Analyst, Custody Onboarding

    Purpose:
    The Solution Design and Onboarding (SDO) team are key client facing contacts supporting clients from onboarding(first change), through to business growth, product extension and client offboarding Helping drive overall clientsatisfaction, interoperability and growth in profitabilitySDO partners with clients and internal stakeholders and is responsible for solution design, change management andon-boarding for approved initiatives including new client on-boarding, existing client fund launches, mergers, liquidationand off-boarding, product enhancements, client change management and where the client P&L supports it, specificclient requirements including reengineering opportunities.

    The role is to translate Custody & Market Account Opening Onboarding requirements into executable deliverables,working with partners in Product, Operations, Technology and directly with clients.

    The role understands Custody &Treasury and has an awareness of Onboarding & Project Management Frameworks,, traditional and agile delivery, andboth Product and Client level financial dynamics, ensuring completion of value-driving Custody & Treasury Onboardingevents a that align with PaCE organizational goals to improve profitability, client satisfaction and employee satisfaction
    Primary responsibilities : Managing custody onboarding for all Europe client base, on a standalone basis or as part of a custody workstream for bundled serviceso Execute with Onboarding Management Frameworko Defining onboarding scope, implementing agreed service, in charge of coordination in betweendepartments related to the custody onboarding.o Reviewing structures, products, serviceso Client kick-off meetingo Handling calls with clients and third party stakeholderso Drafting and signing off process flows and drafting and agreement of Operating Memos & SLAs asrequiredo Follow the progress of legal and DD and support if necessaryo Requesting setups to CTKL and for UK clients to Transaction Management until process alignment(internal systems, BCL...)o Coordination of setups with key providerso Support team as required required for launches/ migrations in/out and rollout best practiceï
    • Coordinating counterparty set-ups with third parties (aligning with regulatory requirements), Maintenance ofCounterparty Database for Europe/APAC.ï
    • Define and Agree Custody Business Transition Documentsï
    • Organizing liquidations and migration out, with supervision and linkage in between GCC, legal, invoicing , CMAO,DSD and ops, to ensure proper closure in the systems.ï
    • New Business Tracker, Change Register, other business databases handling/updating/redesign as requiredï
    • Receiving change requests and performing primary gap analysis, handling of small change requests, quick fixes – : addition of reports.
    Reporting set-up aspect to review process with Client Representativesï· Support design of change requests and engage with Solution Design & Execution as required for large/complexchange requestsï· NBT and databases handling/updating and management reportingï· Supporting our client migrations as requiredï· Supporting Client Operations Experience and skills :


    ESSENTIAL :
    ï· Completion of value-driving projects that align with PaCE organizational goals to improve profitability, clientsatisfaction and employee satisfactionï· All required artefacts are completed to a high standard and required reporting is fully complete, concise withclearly documented next steps, owners & target dates ; that is, ensuring all internal stakeholders and externalparties are provided with onboarding activity status updates on a regular basisï· Act with integrityï· Act with due skill, care and diligenceï· Be open and cooperative with regulatorsï· Pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairlyï· Observe proper standards of market conduct EDUCATION ï· BEC, BA OR BSC IN BUSINESS, OR OTHER RELEVANT DEGREEï· 2+ years' experience in industry,ï· Experience managing a range of projects/deliverables, PM/BA experience and/or qualifications.ï· Transversal business knowledgeï· Strong understanding of Compliance, Risk and Legal throughout Project/BAU executionï· Stong know how in Technology and systems P REFERRED ï· PM/BA or other Professional qualifications from a recognised industry body
