    Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in internal project meetings (kick-off & follow-up meetings);
  • In collaboration with the Project Managers and the Safety Advisor, draw up work procedures for the various project sites including health & safety documents setup;
  • Manage and identify manpower needs for site works and maintain the planning up to date;
  • Establish the site planning and follow-up according to the workload;
  • Identify and specify needs of site services (equipment & machinery);
  • Contact various authorities to obtain the necessary work authorisations and site accesses;
  • Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure that the work instructions are correctly and completely transmitted;
  • Follow up and support proactively on construction sites by working closely with site supervisors;
  • Collect the sites documents in order to establish as-built files in close collaboration with Engineering and Project Management;
  • Participate to the weekly EMEA Site Workforce Planning;
  • Stock management of equipment and tools.

    • Requirements:

  • Post graduate certification or diploma.
  • At least 5 years' experience in or with heavy industry site work / construction site works.
  • Travelling on work sites across Benelux.
  • MS Office literate.
  • Flexible.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player & flexible mindset.
  • Quality and safety oriented.
  • VOL-VCA certified or willing to be.
  • Fluent NL-FR or NL-EN.
