- Oplossen van issues gerelateerd aan het niet beschikbaar zijn van het platform of bugs
- Onderzoeken en oplossen van inkomende incidenten
- Beoordelen en uitvoeren van inkomende service verzoeken
- Bewaken van het IAM platform
- Assisteren van collega's in de IAM en andere ICT teams
- Voorbereiden van wijzigingen op het IAM platform in samenwerking met de IAM Architect.
- Doorvoeren van wijzigingen op het IAM platform
- Maken van wijzigingsverzoeken voor het IAM-platform aan in Service Now
- Implementeren van wijzigingsverzoeken voor het IAM-platform
- Documenteren van alle wijzigingen op het IAM-platform
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor ICT diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt ervaring van minimum 3 jaar in Enterprise IAM/IGA projecten als engineer; of je hebt een grondige kennis van het IAM/IGA concept en bent bereid hierin verder kennis op te doen
- Goede algemene kennis van IT-omgevingen: Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Office 365, Service Now, SharePoint Online, ...
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en/of Frans (één van deze talen is verplicht) en een goede kennis van het Engels
- Hands-on ervaring met Saviynt wordt beschouwd als een plus
