ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • You will understand the talent needs for the future to be able to execute talent strategies, both for sourcing and recuitment needs.
  • You will support, advise and work closely with the European HR team.
  • You will assess processes and procedures and improve or adapt ways of working.
  • You will be responsible for the recruitment of some high profiles.
  • You will lead the Talent Acquisition team.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition and develop strategies.
  • You have experience as a people manager.
  • You have experience in a similar mission in a changing & growing environment and where you improved the talent acquisition, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • You have experience in improving processes, procedures and tools within TA.
  • You are fluent in English.

PRACTICAL:


  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Duration: 6 months and maybe longer
