- Serve as the primary contact of our customers and partners and respond efficiently to their questions (phone, email, chat) with a "smile" (primarily in Dutch and French).
- Identify and reproduce problems independently and create a ticket for this, in English. Following thru bugs and communicating progress and resolution to the customer.
- Act as the customer advocate – relaying feedback and escalating issues and trends within WHISE.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by collecting customer feedback, placing suggestions in tickets, and discussing these with your manager at regular intervals.
- Ensure customers' satisfaction in all touchpoints.

- Hold (at least) a High School degree or equivalent through experience.
- Proven 2-3 year success across incident management and service delivery excellence. Experience in the software and technology sector is a plus.

- Possess strong multitasking abilities to swiftly follow-up on multiple requests in an efficient way.
- Showcase exceptional team player skills coupled with a sound business acumen.
- Fluent in French , English AND Dutch.
