Functieomschrijving

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van verschillende teams en onderaannemers op werven binnen grote en complexe technische projecten
Je plant en controleert de uitvoering van werken binnen de vooropgestelde timing en budget en je hebt hierbij voldoende aandacht voor de kwaliteit, de productiviteit en de veiligheid
Je zorgt voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning
Je tracht eventuele vertragingen in de werkzaamheden zoveel mogelijk uit te sluiten
Je brengt eventuele extra werkzaamheden zoveel mogelijk in kaart en registreert de eventuele impact op de planning en kosten

Functie-eisen

Je behaalde een bachelor en hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring als site supervisor/teamleader
Je hebt ervaring binnen HVAC in een leidinggevende functie
Je kan vlot werken met MS-Office
Je kan vlot beslissingen nemen
Je werkt resultaatgericht met focus op de klant
Je bent gemotiveerd en enthousiast
Je hebt een rijbewijs B
Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, kennis van het Engels is een meerwaarde
Je bent bereid om in een regio Mechelen-Antwerpen te werken
