    For our Sterile Development and Production site located in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek), we are currently looking for a Microbiology Lab Technician.

    The Role

  • Analyze samples according to the specifications in application
  • Ensure the necessary documentation for traceability of each analysis : batch numbers, reagents, equipment used, calibration, etc.....
  • Write the appropriate reports, register the analysis certificates, provide the reports and the associate raw-data for correction before approval
  • In the event of non-compliance, immediately inform the managers and apply the required procedure
  • Be responsible for the cleanliness of the workspace and lab
  • Verification of laboratory equipment in term of cleaning, documentation, maintenance and validation
  • Follow safety instructions and use all equipment at your disposal to ensure safety for you and your colleagues
  • Writing purchase requests
  • Manage stocks, reagents and consumables
  • Manage qualification of equipment

    • The Candidate

  • Bachelor with scientific orientation or equivalent experience
  • An experience in a sterile production environment is an asset, preferably in a microbiology lab
  • Good Command of English and French is required
  • Good Knowledge of Windows & MS Office
  • Proactive
