    Les principales responsabilités du Service Field Engineer comprennent :


    • Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux appels de service, en veillant à maintenir des normes élevées de satisfaction client.

    • Respecter les protocoles de santé et de sécurité, en maintenant des systèmes de travail sûrs en tout temps.

    • Gérer efficacement et suivre l'inventaire des pièces de rechange conformément aux procédures de l'entreprise,

    • Soutenir un taux de réalisation minimum de 90 % pour les activités de maintenance préventive.

    • Collaborer avec les équipes de planification pour exécuter efficacement les travaux, en maintenant des dossiers clients précis,

    • Identifier et communiquer proactivement les opportunités de ventes ou de services potentielles,

    • S'assurer que tous les rapports de service sont complétés avec précision,

    Les atouts du candidat idéal :


    • Expérience avec les équipements ASI (ou UPS) ou les systèmes électriques en environnement industriel,

    • Vous êtes déjà intervenu dans un environnement de service technique ou de test,

    • Maîtrise du français, avec des compétences de communication en anglais (le néerlandais serat également apprecié),

    • Expérience solide dans des rôles de service sur site, avec un accent sur les interactions avec les clients.

    • Connaissance des réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité et respect de celles-ci.

    • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes,

    • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
