- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and policies.
- Set KPI's for the site, with related action plans to meet the defined targets.
- Organize safety risk assessments in each function /area, audit the field, develop actions, and ensure effective implementation.
- Have an advisory and auditing role.
- Keep existing policies up to date and implement new safety policies, in line with IFF's global guidelines.
- Lead safety incident investigations.
- Provide training and education to continuously improve the organization's safety culture, skills, and awareness.

As Taura's Health & Safety coordinator you will work to ensure that the employees at our company can complete their work safely. You will set safety standards for the workplace based on legal requirements and monitor working conditions and resolve safety issues when they arise. You will take a leading role in developing a strong safety culture on site, where we strive for 'zero incidents'.
