    Health & Safety Manager

    La Fonction

  • En tant que responsable sécurité , vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi des politique de prévention aux seins des différentes entités au sein du Benelux.
  • Vous êtes responsables des différents sites de Lyreco en termes de prévention et de sécurité, avec un rôle de coordinateur. Vous rapportez au Direction People & Culture. Votre temps reflète votre responsabilité, mais aussi les risques potentiels : vous passez donc la majorité de votre temps au DC à Vottem, mais visitez de manière régulière nos autre sites Lyreco Benelux, afin de coordonner les processus et actions liés à la sécurité et la prévention, avec l'aide des experts sur place.
  • During ces visites de terrain, vous identifiez et évaluez les risques spécifiques, audits, suivi d'objectifs santé-sécurité et proposez des mesures de prévention adaptées aux risques identifiés.
  • En tant que conseiller en prévention et responsable du SIPP , vous aurez l'opportunité de mettre en œuvre des politiques et des procédures visant à réduire les risques.
  • Vous remplissez les missions attribuées au SIPP conformément à l'Art. II.1-4 du code du bien-être au travail. Ceci inclut notamment d'assurer le secrétariat du CPPT, de participer à l'élaboration des procédures d'urgences, de participer à l'analyse des risques, de rendre des avis ainsi qu'être à disposition pour toutes questions relatives au code du bien-être.
  • Dans le cadre du système dynamique de gestion des risques, vous participez à la mise en place d'un plan global de prévention ainsi que du plan d'action annuel.
  • Vous opérez le suivi afin de garantir que nos travailleurs soient en ordre au niveau de leurs brevets.
  • Vous dirigez et soutenez les CP3 dans leurs rôles quotidien de conseillers en prévention dans le cadre du SIPP.
  • Vous créez une culture de prévention au sein de l'organisation et sensibilisez les parties impliquées.
  • Vous supervisez en collaboration avec les CP3 le plan des formations sécurité (Equipier de premier intervention, secouristes, travail en hauteur, etc.).
  • Vous vous chargez du traitement et du suivi des accidents de travail (déclaration partie prévention, reporting).
  • En cas de besoin, vous soutenez les équipes en charge de la conservation des certifications ISO et vous aidez à l'obtention de nouvelles certifications liées à la sécurité, par exemple l'ISO 45001.

    • Niveau de compétences

  • Vous avez une connaissance du secteur ; une expérience préalable dans le secteur de la logistique est un plus.
  • Vous disposez d'au moins une expérience avérée préalable dans le domaine de la prévention.
  • Vous êtes au moins bilingue FR - NL ou FR - EN pour assurer un contrôle et une gestion efficaces de tous les sites dont vous êtes responsable.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une certification de conseiller en prévention de niveau 1 ou vous êtes titulaire d'une certification de conseiller en prévention de niveau 2 avec 5 ans d'expérience pratique utile et l'engagement d'obtenir la certification de niveau 1 après l'embauche.
  • Vous êtes capable d'écouter activement et de communiquer de manière convaincante avec toutes les catégories d'employés (des travailleurs et des représentants syndicaux aux cadres).
  • Vous êtes assertifs, neutres et objectifs.
  • Vous êtes une personne de terrain, apte au travail d'équipe et à la promotion de solutions pragmatiques aux problèmes rencontrés. Cependant, vous arrivez à balancer les actions concrètes avec la mise en place d'une structure et de processus transversaux, misant sur l'évolution de la culture et la distribution de la responsabilité de tous envers la prévention et la sécurité.
  • Aptitude à la rigueur, à l'organisation et à la persévérance dans la gestion de projets, plans d'actions et reporting.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication et de sensibilisation. Vous comprenez que l'écoute active et le dialogue en général sont les premières étapes pour motiver l'évolution continue de la culture.
  • Vous êtes à la fois capable de travailler de façon indépendante et en équipe
  • Vous êtes dynamique, flexible pour adapter votre planification et garder une vue d'ensemble.

  • Als security manager speel je een cruciale rol in de implementatie en opvolging van het preventiebeleid binnen de verschillende entiteiten binnen de Benelux.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verschillende Lyreco-sites op het vlak van preventie, met een coördinerende rol. Je rapporteert aan de afdeling People & Culture. Uw tijd weerspiegelt uw verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook de mogelijke risico's: u brengt dus het grootste deel van uw tijd door in het DC in Vottem, maar bezoekt regelmatig onze andere Lyreco Benelux-sites om processen en acties met betrekking tot veiligheid en preventie te coördineren, met de hulp van de experts ter plaatse.
  • Tijdens deze veldbezoeken identificeer en evalueer je specifieke risico's, audits, opvolging van gezondheids- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen en stel je preventieve maatregelen voor die zijn aangepast aan de geïdentificeerde risico's.
  • Als preventieadviseur en hoofd van het IDPB krijg je de kans om beleid en procedures te implementeren om risico's te verminderen.
  • U voert de taken uit die aan het IDPB zijn toegewezen in overeenstemming met art. II.1-4 van de Code Welzijn op het Werk. Dit omvat met name het secretariaat van het CPBW, het deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van noodprocedures, het deelnemen aan risicoanalyses, het uitbrengen van adviezen en het beschikbaar zijn voor alle vragen met betrekking tot de welzijnscode.
  • In het kader van het dynamisch risicobeheersysteem neemt u deel aan de uitvoering van een globaal preventieplan en het jaarlijkse actieplan.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat onze werknemers in orde zijn met hun patenten.
  • Je leidt en ondersteunt de PA niv 3 in hun dagelijkse rol als preventieadviseur in het kader van het IDPB.
  • Je creëert een preventiecultuur binnen de organisatie en sensibiliseert de betrokken partijen.
  • In samenwerking met de PA niv 3 begeleid je het veiligheidsopleidingsplan (BHV, EHBO'ers, werken op hoogte, etc.).
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling en opvolging van arbeidsongevallen (aangifte, preventieluik, rapportering).
  • Waar nodig ondersteun je de teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het onderhouden van ISO-certificeringen en help je bij het behalen van nieuwe beveiligingsgerelateerde certificeringen, zoals ISO 45001.

    • Vaardigheidsniveau

  • Je hebt kennis van de sector; Eerdere ervaring in de logistieke sector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt minimaal een bewezen track record op het gebied van preventie.
  • Je bent minstens tweetalig FR - NL of FR - EN om een effectieve controle en beheer van alle sites waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent te garanderen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Level 1 Prevention Advisor-certificering of je bent in het bezit van een Level 2 Prevention Advisor-certificering met 5 jaar nuttige hands-on ervaring en een toezegging om Level 1-certificering te behalen na aanwerving.
  • Je bent in staat om actief te luisteren en overtuigend te communiceren met alle categorieën van werknemers (van werknemers en vakbondsvertegenwoordigers tot managers).
  • Je bent assertief, neutraal en objectief.
  • Je bent een hands-on persoon, in staat om in teamverband te werken en pragmatische oplossingen voor de ondervonden problemen te bevorderen. Je slaagt er echter in om concrete acties in evenwicht te brengen met de implementatie van een transversale structuur en processen, waarbij de nadruk ligt op de evolutie van de cultuur en de verdeling van ieders verantwoordelijkheid voor preventie en veiligheid.
  • Het vermogen om rigoureus, georganiseerd en volhardend te zijn in het beheer van projecten, actieplannen en rapportage.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve en outreach-vaardigheden. Je begrijpt dat actief luisteren en dialoog in het algemeen de eerste stappen zijn om de voortdurende evolutie van de cultuur te motiveren.

  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel om je planning aan te passen en het overzicht te bewaren.
