About Our Client:

Our client, a Financial Service in Brussels, is currently recruiting a Junior Asset Custody Compliance Analyst to strengthen its team.

As a Junior Asset Custody Compliance Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

Conduct thorough and regular reviews of fund documentation, contracts, and legal agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Perform daily reconciliations of cash, securities, and other assets held by the investment funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor and verify the compliance of investment funds with applicable laws, regulations, and fundspecific policies
Review and analyze investment fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and corporate actions, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the control process
Prepare reports and communicate findings to management, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices related to depositary control, and ensure their implementation within the organization
Contribute to the enhancement and development of internal control processes and procedures

The Successful Applicant:

As a Junior Asset Custody Compliance Analyst, you have the following profile:

Master in Economics or equivalent
A first successful experience in a similar role or in a Big
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
