- Act as clients' first day-to-day contact person, delivering a superior service experience so as to achieve high retention and renewal rates.
- Support clients in building their ESG strategies by providing advice and guidance
- Professional presentations of our ESG solutions on different business levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships by pro-active outreach with the clients' key decision-makers. Provide clients with valuable insights on market trends and best practices.
- Provide internal management teams with intelligence on client needs to help inform future product development.
- Maintain and administrate client information and support operational tasks.
- Work with sales account executives to help the regional team as ESG subject matter specialist to meet or exceed ESG sales and renewal rate goals.
- Contribute to regional team's New Sales goals by identifying potential leads within the existing client base
- Experience in a client-facing role in financial services, responsible investment or sustainability-related consulting.
- Fluency in French and in English, orally and in written.
- Excellent relationship and presentation skills.
- Very good comprehension and interest in sustainable ESG challenges as well as a good understanding of Financial markets.
- Understand complex topics and being able to explain them in a consolidated manner.
- Well-organized and fast learner to manage the diversity of information internally and externally.
- Solution focused with a positive constructive mind-set, taking pro-actively initiative.

The mission of the ESG Specialist is to be a subject matter expert on ISS' ESG solutions, and to leverage this expertise to maximize the firm's sales and renewal rates of existing clients. The ESG Specialist acts as the main contact person for our clients in the Asset Management and Insurance industry in France to manage ongoing client requests on research, data and platform usage and accompany our clients in their ESG investment strategy.
The ESG Specialist is part of the EMEA Client Success team and reports to the regional CS manager in Paris. ISS operate a hybrid working schedule.
The role covers the following key activities:
Client Advisory, Support and Client Satisfaction Monitoring
Sales Collaboration and Lead Generation

The ideal candidate will be a genuine team player who is a quick learner, enjoys taking on new challenges and responsibilities, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment.
