- You will manage the daily corporate activities related to your clients, from the constitution to liquidation, which will allow you to develop and build your know-how.
- You make sure to take on and publish statutory changes such as capital increases or decreases, as well as the approval of annual accounts.

- You are fluent in English (written and oral), and enjoy being part of an international structure where you speak English with your future colleagues and clients.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in one of the following types of structures : PFS, Fiduciary, Management company, AIFM or Big Four.
- Great communication skills and strong relationship building skills will help you to be easily integrated in this modern and growing PFS.
- You have ideally obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- You will evolve in a human-sized PFS that will accompany you in your evolution and in the improvement of your skills thanks to the stability and proximity of the management.
