Dark Light is specialized in staffing business intelligence & data projects. We work with data driven companies that want to grow in to the next level.

For one of our clients, which is located in the region of Waregem, we are looking for a
MANAGER DATA MANAGEMENT for a permanent role to grow the business further.

This impactful role is needed to further support the team in their next chapter

Tasks
As Manager Global Data Management, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

You further improve the data foundation
You lead a workstream on data architecture, data quality and data governance
You own the data management process & take the lead in the translation of the vision
You prioritize projects into durable solutions and achievable results.
You help create the data architecture & make sure the data quality & goverance is ensured
You lead, mentor & motivate the team regarding professional excellence & personal goals
You increase the maturity of the decentralized data management teams
You liase with key stakehouders

Requirements:

Profile

You have Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Applied IT or commercial engineering or related field)
You have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
You have gained knowledge of generic data management frameworks
You think on a strategic level where you can conceptualize future of data departments
You are a driven people manager
You have experience with change management & business process management
You have an excellent knowledge of the English language. Dutch is a plus
