We are looking for a
Assistant who will support the Manager of Customer Operations Telenet.


Reporting to the manager, specifically the Tribe Lead, you will be part of a team of driven professionals that forms the management team of the Customer Operations Telenet Tribe.

The mission of the Customer Operations Telenet Tribe (often referred to as the Telenet front office) is to: "empower businesses, freelancers and private customers in the digital world through _human interactions _".

Among other things, we are talking about Telenet stores, contact centers and social media interactions. And when we talk about human interactions, we are always talking about both sales and service. We really do "go to extremes for our customers."


Your responsibilities as an Assistant

  • You manage the Tribe Lead's management agenda, being proactive and anticipating this Manager's needs as needed
  • You are responsible for preparing, drafting and reviewing various documents such as presentations, reports, orders, memos and records
  • You organize meetings, take notes and incorporate them into a detailed report
  • You ensure the correct formatting and execution of POs (purchase orders)
  • You are responsible for organizing team events and perfectly preparing offsite meetings
  • You actively collaborate with colleagues within the assistant team and support departments
  • You work closely with colleagues to optimize administrative processes

Our ideal Assistant

  • You think at bachelor level and preferably have relevant work experience as an Assistant
  • You have extensive knowledge of MS Office and can easily work with different computer programs
  • You are perfectly bilingual (Dutch, English); a good knowledge of French is a plus
  • You are discreet, punctual and have an eye for detail
  • You are stress resistant and flexible, which allows you to handle challenging situations well
  • You have experience with change and can quickly adapt to new circumstances
  • You have a positive attitude and exude this in your daily work
  • You work proactively and have an "I can do it" mentality, which means you're always looking for solutions
  • You're a team player and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals
