The Tender & Sales Support team is looking for a
Tender Specialist to play an important role in both our Wound Care and Surgical segment.

Your location is based in
Antwerp (Berchem).

Your responsibilities:

You are the backbone of our Sales teams, to whom you give the best possible administrative and commercial support.
You are in charge of driving the public procurement contracts to a good end and therefore work in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
You ensure customer prices are accurate at all times and assure the integrity of our database.
You support the team leader and the Sales team in our tray* administration business (*custom made packs): optimize configuration, calculate prices, liaise with a/o customer service, provide product information.

Your capabilities:

You look back on relevant commercial, administrative experience.
Experience of public procurement contracts and knowledge of the relevant Belgian/Dutch legislation is a plus.
You approach any change with an open mindset and you see opportunities in the fastchanging market and healthcare environment.
You are a star in planning and organizing daily workload and trust you to do it in the most effective way. You deliver accurate administration with pace.
You can take one for the team because we believe 'teamwork makes the dream work'.
You keep yourself motivated, although your manager will of course also recognize your good work.
To be able to meet the needs of different customers, we expect languages like English, French, and Dutch to have no secrets for you.
You are IT savvy in particular skilled in Outlook, MS Office. Any knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not required.
