- Source candidates through a range of channels, including adverts, referrals, networking, and candidate databases.
- Explore new business prospects by contacting candidates by phone and understanding market dynamics.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, ensuring a personalized selection process and qualitative and valuable feedback.
- Work closely together with your team, existing of experienced consultants.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You speak fluent Dutch or French with excellent knowledge of English.
- You like to challenge yourself and are eager to learn.
- You have a genuine interest in recruitment and enjoy staying up to date with the latest market trends.
- You enjoy working in team and have strong skills regarding relationship-building and communication.
