- Analyse en controle van financiële resultaten en varianties binnen de business units;
- Maandelijkse rapportering aan het managementteam en HQ;
- Bijdragen aan de implementatie van diverse projecten binnen de financiële afdeling;
- Ondersteuning van bedrijfsactiviteiten door middel van gedetailleerde analyses en verbetervoorstellen;
- Kritische evaluatie van financiële afwijkingen en het aandragen van oplossingen;
- Opstellen van budgetten en forecasting;
- Fungeren als primair contactpunt voor alle financiële vraagstukken;
- Ondersteuning bieden bij due diligence processen;
- Deelnemen aan managementvergaderingen en bijdragen aan de naleving van interne procedures en efficiëntie;
- Aansturen en coachen van 3 medewerkers op controlling.
- Masterdiploma in een economische richting;
- Minimaal 7 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur gedeeltelijk bij een audit office als externe auditor;
- Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en cijfermatig inzicht;
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office-tools, met name Excel; - Ervaring met data-analysetools zoals PowerBI is een plus;
- Teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit, resultaatgericht en proactief;
- Vermogen om onder tijdsdruk te werken en prioriteiten te stellen;
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels alsook een redelijke durf voor het Frans.
