Exothera is a contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO) dedicated to viral vector and nucleic acids production.

The company delivers accelerated discovery services as well as process development/optimization to rapidly reach GMP clinical and commercial production of viral vectors and nucleic acids.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Google Ads and other channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.
  • Create graphics and visual elements for websites, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Design and layout marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, articles, white papers, rollup, business cards, graphic charter, or booth canvas.
  • Assist in the organization of conferences in which the business development teams participate
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve our online marketing efforts.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Good knowledge of these Adobe softwares: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Mailchimp (or equivalent platform).
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot is a plus
  • Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
