For one of our clients in Belgium, we are looking for a
Office365 Lead who will join our team.***
Location:Braine-l'Alleud or Anderlecht (Hybrid)

Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
Part of the Employee Productivity Squad and the Digital Technology Workplace Technology team in the IT Infrastructure Department
Managing everything related to Office 365, employee experience, everything around Veeva modules, meeting rooms, unified communications, and most specifically SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive

Responsibilities:

Making sure that all projects adhere to the roadmap and the budget and that are delivered on time, and that the new projects/requests go smoothly as well
Acting as an SME expert to challenge the other SMEs
Collaborating with the SMEs, the offshore team and the other squad leads

Requirements:

Must Haves:

Communication/stakeholder management

- min 1.5 years of experience in the pharma industry or another regulated environment (please mention it in the CV)

Nice to have:

People management experience
Developer experience (to know what automation to do)
