Job Description Release Manager**ARHS Spikeseed is looking for a Release Manager for one of its clients, an established player in the insurance sector in Brussels. This role will be performed in a hybrid mode.

Role & Responsibilities

Mission: Migration of acquired portfolio_

As Release Manager on the program, you will coordinate the creation of the cut-over plan that contains all the activities that need to be performed by the businesses to ensure a smooth transition during the migration.

Additionally, as Release Manager you will create the technical runbook of the deployment process.

The cutover plan has two major aspects. _
Loading of data extracts and document uploads, (currently being managed & on track to be completed by the current release manager).
Transferring operational, financial, compliance and other activities from the previous company. Gap analysis to be completed and to be translated this in detailed activities in the cutover plan to finalize.

Qualifications Your Profile**- Good communicator & planner

Facilitation skills
Clear documentation skills
Experience with IT analytics
Selfstarter
Drive

Technical skills

Deep insurance knowledge (UL) across various domains to drive conversations at the business level with all involved parties, such as Finance, Operations, Risk, Actuarial, etc.
Some Merger & Acquisitions experience, to be able to challenge internal collaborators & the previous company in the different discussions
Broad knowledge of life insurance processes
Experience with data migration projects
Solid knowledge of IT systems and Infrastructure
Management of test environments
Able to define runbooks
