- Vous menez des projets dans le domaine des opérations RH, qui contribuent à une expérience employé optimale au sein de l'entité manufacturing.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec l'équipe HR Ops Belgium et les collègues du département payroll pour assurer une exécution parfaite de la paie pour l'entité manufacturing.
- Vous êtes le point de contact auprès du Secrétariat Social (SD Worx), ce qui signifie : Assurez la coordination, l'implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités et faire le suivi des corrections de « bugs » dans l'outil Etre responsable de collecter et de coordonner les besoins du business lié à la gestion de la paie.
- Vous êtes le garant de la bonne application de la législation sociale et des conventions collectives de travail négociées au niveau du secteur et de l'entreprise.
- Vous veillez à ce que la politique salariale soit correctement appliquée conformément aux conventions collectives de travail.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'exécution d'une administration correcte des salaires et du personnel pour l'entité manufacturing.
- Vous soutenez les collègues du département payroll dans leurs tâches quotidiennes et participez activement à certains dossiers et/ou tâches spécifiques.
- Vous êtes responsable de l'intégration comptable des données relatives à la paie.
- Vous mettez constamment le flux des processus à jour et veillez à l'optimiser si nécessaire.
- Vous disposez d'un niveau Master ou Bachelier en Ressources Humaines, droit, comptabilité ou autre
- Vous disposez de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en payroll et avez une connaissance à jour du droit social et du travail
- Vous avez la capacité de gérer et exécuter des projets
- Vous avez la capacité de collaborer, d'influencer et d'établir des partenariats pour faire avancer les choses
- Vous êtes orienté services
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances de la suite Office et idéalement, des outils SD Worx
- Vous avez une grande capacité d'adaptation face aux changements
- Vous êtes orienté amélioration continue
- Votre communication est excellente
- Vous savez résister au stress
- Vous avez un niveau de français et d'anglais courant.
