Over the job:

As a Junior Brand & Advertising Manager, you will work closely with the Brand Manager in shaping the whole customer acquisition and branding strategy, in order to attract new customers and build the positioning of the brand in the country.

In this data-driven and very dynamic role, you will get an all-round marketing experience, creating the right content and building the best media plans to achieve the business objectives.


Your main responsibilities will consist of:

  • Monitoring KPI and business performance of each channel generated by the overall lead acquisition plan
  • Designing and implementing an outstanding customer experience and consistent brand image across all channels and devices
  • Executing and continuously improving the marketing activation plans
  • Deploying 360° integrated campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and in accordance with both the global guidelines and the country's needs
  • Fostering a safe creative environment in which new (campaign) ideas emerge and grow
  • Supporting in the management of the overall marketing budget
  • Working closely with your international stakeholders and counterparts and other departments such as Sales, Retail Excellence, IT, Medical affairs, finance
  • University degree required (B&A, marketing, communication, management engineering)
  • You have a first experience in a job requiring organizational skills and flexibility, brand marketing is a plus
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • You have strong analytical skills and Excel abilities in a data rich environment
  • You are well organized, flexible, and a true team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
