- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Social Media Conversation Management.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitdenken van de strategie voor de Social Media Community Management.
- Je coördineert verschillende projecten om de kwaliteit en de klantentevredenheid te monitoren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de reporting over de social mediaprestaties van Delhaize.
- Je detecteert opportuniteiten, trends om onze online visibiliteit te verhogen.
- Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning als er nieuwe tools of functies geïmplementeerd worden.
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (richting marketing/commucatie) of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt reeds een aantal jaren ervaring.
- Je communiceert vlot.
- Jouw schriftelijke communicatie staat on point.
- Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en Frans.
