Procurement Specialist

For one of our international clients based in Luik, we are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist.

Daily responsibilities

You are the first-line local support with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, during the process of procurement execution.
You enhance process compliance by timely reactions in addressing queries & problem solving.
You ensure daily source-to-pay procurement process with multiple categories coverage
You support supplier onboarding includes profile validation, online registration & act as window of any trouble-shooting in the process.
You keep constant collaboration as well as other regional functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR) in contract management & fulfillment. Monitoring contract lifecycle from creation to expiration & renewal.
You handle reporting & analysis on procurement executions, contract management & other key performance indicators on regular basis.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, finance, or related disciplines.
An experience or knowledge in at least one indirect category as - IT, Professional Services, Logistics or Facility Services. Cross-category experience will be a plus.
You learn fast in a very dynamic environment. Patient with sense of customer care, open-minded and willing to proactively weigh in problem solving.
You are proficient in both English and French. Chinese will be a plus.
You are analytical and data sensitive.
You are an advance user of Excel and PowerPoint, database tools will be a plus.
