- Assurer la réalisation, la mesure, l'investigation, le suivi et l'ajustement des activités liées au processus de la culture cellulaire.
- Assurer l'exactitude de la traçabilité des tâches effectuées.
- Participer à la mise en place des zones de production.
- Participer aux activités nécessaires pour le démarrage de la production.
- Effectuer les lots de production techniques, ceux de validations et de production continue selon les procédures établies.
- Identifier les risques potentiels lors de l'exécution des activités (Health Safety Environnement, qualité, coût, timing,...) et les reporter aux responsables.
- Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux venus sur le projet en les coachant selon le besoin.
- Bachelier en Biologie/Biochimie/Biotechnologie.
- Au minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine de la production biotech/pharma en milieu Good manufacturing Practices ou dans d'autres secteurs comparables (alimentaire, pétrochimique,...).
- Dé de travailler dans un environnement high-tech.
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes automatisés.
- Habileté à challenger positivement et argumenter.
- Savoir faire face à des situations urgentes.
- Maîtrise du français.

Nous recrutons un.e de Processus Upstream doté.e d'une forte capacité d'adaptation et d'un excellent esprit d'équipe pour nous rejoindre dans notre équipe, basé dans notre campus UCB à Braine-l'Alleud, Brabant Wallon, Belgique.
Le rôle s'effectue à 100% sur site et comprends des horaires en shift matin/soir et des présences requises le week-end (approximativement deux week-end par mois).
À propos du poste:
Il s'agit de réaliser les activités de production et les analyses liées à la culture cellulaire conformément aux normes "Good Manufacturing Practices" et aux normes de sécurité, pour s'assurer que le processus de fabrication en amont est stable, sûr et respecte les conditions prédéfinies.

Vous intégrerez une équipe compétente et dynamique de techniciens de production et interagirez quotidiennement avec l'ensemble des fonctions en charge du développement de notre nouvelle usine de production biotech.
