    Assurer et optimiser la fabricabilité d'un produit dès l'étude.

    Définir les processus de fabrication dans une logique de standardisation,

    d'amélioration de la productivité et de la sécurité.

    Concevoir et mettre en place les lignes et les moyens de production.

    Mission

    Description des activités et responsabilités

    Industrialiser le produit

    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services du département industriel,

    du bureau d'étude et de conception afin de produire différents livrables.

    Ces livrables sont destinés au démarrage de la production ainsi qu'à d'autres sites de

    production dans le cas d'un transfert d'activité ou technologique. Ils sont produits à

    partir des données du PrEM (engineering manager ), des PrIM (industrial manager) et

    des PrTTM (transfer technology manager).

    Les activités « industrialisation » produits et projets sont identiques.

    · Définir le séquencement des opérations et temps élémentaires,

    · Identifie les besoins en outillage,

    · Amdec procédé : analyser les différentes opérations standards prévues par la gamme de fabrication, identifier les points critiques du procédé, apporter les modifications nécessaires pour l'améliorer,

    · Réaliser la notice d'instruction d'assemblage et de câblage,

    · Optimiser les flux de production, analyser les risques, rationaliser les implantations, améliorer le poste de travail et l'organisation de production,

    · Décrire les requis de la gamme pour la sous-traitance interne et externe, · Créer et gérer la gamme de référence dans le système ERP (SAP).

    Mettre en ligne le produit

    · Concevoir, implanter et valider les lignes de production en collaboration avec le responsable de production suivant le besoin projet et l'optimisation des flux matières,

    · Gérer le suivi technique de la fabrication des premiers équipements,

    · Mettre à jour les dossiers d'instructions d'assemblage et diverses procédures d'aide à la fabrication (process de montage spécifique, opérations de remise à niveau suite à des modifications du dossier d'industrialisation, outil PLM/ERP) y compris lorsque les activités de production sont externalisées.

    · Collaborer avec le service qualité industrielle à la mise en œuvre de l'autocontrôle des postes et opérations de la gamme. Mettre à jour l'AMDEC procédé.

    · Valider les besoins en outillages nécessaires à l'optimisation (ergonomie, temps...) et au déroulement du processus de production. Maintenir à jour la base de données.

    · Analyser mensuellement pour chaque projet la cohérence temps alloués/temps prestés, l'optimisation de la saturation des postes suivant la cadence de fabrication.

    · Maintenir à jour l'analyse de risques de la ligne (suivant processus défini) et participer avec le responsable SIPP, l'ergonome et l'opérateur à la cotation de la ligne. Mettre en place des mesures de réduction des risques.

    Profil

    Formation/Expérience *

    Bac+3 technique (électronique, électricité...) ou expérience dans une fonction

    équivalente en milieu industriel

    Connaissances et compétences

    · Connaissance générale des normes relatives au câblage, assemblages électriques et mécaniques - ferroviaires · Gestion de production - lean manufacturing

    · Microsoft Office : niveau opérationnel · ERP production et PLM : niveau opérationnel

    · Anglais : niveau élémentaire · Force de proposition : convaincre les projets par rapport aux idées d'amélioration · Esprit d'analyse : savoir conceptualiser, développer, étudier, décomposer, interpréter les données d'entrée brutes · Esprit de synthèse : reconstituer et réunir les éléments essentiels
