To strengthen our team in Sint-Job, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Back Office Assistant. Your responsibilities will include order processing in SAP B1, project follow-up and initial telephone contact with our customers.

You are responsible for the creation of orders
You take care of the general administration in SAP B
You are responsible for checking offers
You check and adapt customer and prospect sheets
General management and control of information input into SAP B1 (via document management, texts, compositions, etc.)
Creating and following up customer orders and supplier orders
You manage and plan stock based on current orders and orders
You ensure the first telephone contact for incoming calls

Profile:

You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
You have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English, German is a plus
You like working in a small team
You work orderly and are customerfriendly
You have experience with SAP B
You can switch quickly between different tasks and you can handle a high workload
You have a technical affinity
You can work well independently, but you are also a real team player
