    Onze organisatie

    Het I&O Security team streeft ernaar het centrale aanspreekpunt te zijn voor alle vragen, incidenten en toegangsverzoeken binnen onze AG Insurance organisatie, inclusief Ageas / AG Real Estate / Agallis / Homeras / Health Partner / Conac / BNPPF/...).

    Om dit team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een I&O Security Expert.

    Dit is jouw topjob

    MicroFocus Ondersteuning:

    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor operationele taken met betrekking tot MicroFocus. (Beheer van gebruikers, groepen, technische accounts en resources).

    Je verwerft een goede kennis van de beveiligingsconfiguratie gekoppeld aan MicroFocus voor een optimale afhandeling van tickets en ondersteuning voor onze klanten.

    Access Management :

    Je werkt samen met de verschillende teams binnen onze IT-infrastructuur.

    Je biedt ondersteuning aan onze klanten.

    Je zorgt voor gedetailleerde en up-to-date informatie in de procedures om de continuïteit binnen het team te garanderen.

    Je volgt IAM-taken op (SailPoint).

    Taken afhandelen die impact hebben op onze klanten.

    Business modelling activiteiten.

    Je voert supportaanvragen uit voor onze BNPPF-klanten (Garrancy / RSA console / MyRefog).

    Ondersteuning bij het beheer van incidenten / wijzigingen / serviceverzoeken:

    Je neemt Incident tickets en telefoongesprekken op met betrekking tot Access management (Access GA, GR, Analyse en correctie van rode kruizen in IAM, etc.) voor je rekening die als tweede lijn aan het team zijn toegewezen.

    Je voert de "Changes" uit en volgt deze op de voet op / verwerkt de "Services Requests" en dagelijkse taken die aan het team zijn toegewezen (BNPPF Synchro, PTI, Geschorste gebruikers SAM, etc.).

    Rapporten en gegevensanalyse:

    Je genereert en analyseert rapporten.

    Je identificeert proactief trends en verbetermogelijkheden op basis van de verzamelde gegevens.

    Projecten: Je neemt deel of leidt projecten aan die in link zijn met je functie.

    Samenwerking en communicatie:

    Je werkt samen met de IS - I&O IT-teams, waaronder systeembeheerders, netwerkengineers en andere belanghebbenden.

    Je communiceert effectief met de verschillende teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de processen worden begrepen en toegepast via Method Services.

    Je bent een teamspeler

    Je hebt een goede kennis van IAM tools (SailPoint), Heat, etc.

    Je hebt een gestructureerde aanpak.

    Je bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

    Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in een team, je kunt goed mondeling en schriftelijk communiceren en je bouwt snel een netwerk op.

    Je bent in staat om in een snel veranderende omgeving te werken.

    Meerdere taken tegelijk doen en efficiënt van de ene activiteit naar de andere gaan? Agile modus.

    Je moedertaal is Frans of Nederlands. Je hebt voldoende kennis van het Engels om te kunnen communiceren met buitenlandse contacten en klanten.

    Heb je een masterdiploma IT? Perfect. Heb je gelijkwaardige ervaring? Dat is even belangrijk voor ons.
