Le Coordinateur de Support sera responsable de fournir un soutien technique et administratif aux clients et aux membres de l'équipe. Il devra également gérer les demandes de support et les incidents, et assurer le suivi des problèmes jusqu'à leur résolution.
Les principales responsabilités du Coordinateur de Support comprennent :
- Répondre aux demandes de support des clients et des membres de l'équipe
- Gérer les incidents et les problèmes techniques
- Assurer le suivi des demandes et des incidents jusqu'à leur résolution
- Fournir des informations et des mises à jour aux clients et aux membres de l'équipe
- Documenter les demandes et les incidents
- Assurer le respect des délais et des procédures
Le candidat idéal devrait avoir les qualifications suivantes :
- Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes informatiques et des technologies
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Bonne connaissance des outils de support et des systèmes de gestion des incidents
