Internal Account Manager - Customer Delight Advisor:

As an internal account manager at Arteel, you are responsible for maintaining existing and new customer relationships and guiding their projects from A to Z.

You work closely with your customer to ensure that they can create unique moments of connection with their employees or customers.

You feel called upon to deliver a moment of "delight" at every contact moment by thinking analytically so that they can create a warm, value-driven company culture.


Experience and skills:


Your strengths:

As an account manager, you are strong and structured in organization. You work autonomously but can also work well in a team. You are enthusiastic, commercially minded, and can communicate in a smooth and clear manner. Analyzing the needs of the customer to propose a suitable custom solution for the company gives you energy. You are flexible and can quickly switch between different products and handle last-minute requests with great pleasure.
