    Quelles seront vos responsabilités en tant que Technical Support Engineer ? Vous intégrez le bureau technique dans le département SAV de l'entreprise.
    • Vous êtes la personne de référence au niveau technique pour tous les clients et collègues ;
    • Votre principale mission est l'accompagnement et le support technique en cas de pannes ou de difficultés techniques sur les machines conçues par la société ;
    • Vous réalisez des dépannages à distance par téléphone et vous aidez les techniciens externes à résoudre les problèmes rencontrés sur chantier ;
    • Occasionnellement, vous vous déplacez sur site lorsque survient un problème complexe qui demande une aide sur terrain ;
    • Vous êtes également en charge du volet formation et vous donnez certaines formations techniques sur l'utilisation et la maintenance des équipements conçus par l'entreprise aux clients ;
    • Vous travaillez également sur la mise en place de nouveaux projets techniques.
    Vous serez formé de A à Z sur les équipements spécifiques. Vous intégrez une entreprise avec un esprit familial avec une certaine flexibilité dans vos horaires (une demi-journée de repos/semaine). Profil
    Et si c'était vous ?
    • Vous avez une formation technique en électromécanique et disposez de bonnes connaissances en électricité industrielle et mécanique ;
    • Une première expérience comme technicien de maintenance est un réel atout ;
    • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau B1 min.) pour pouvoir communiquer avec des clients non francophones au téléphone. Des connaissances en allemand sont un réel plus ;
    • Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, vous n'avez pas peur d'aller à la rencontre de vos collègues dans l'atelier ;
    • Enfin, vous êtes orienté satisfaction clients
