- Leiding geven aan een team operatoren en multi-operatoren: plant de personeelsbezetting, identificeert opleidingsbehoeften, coacht de teamleden, beoordeelt individuele prestaties, daagt positief uit, (h)erkent en versterkt het juiste gedrag en viert successen
- Motiveert het team om de afdelings-KPI's te behalen, om zo de hoge doelstellingen van de afdeling te bereiken
- Zoekt actief naar feedback en volgt vooruitgang, voert oorzaakanalyses uit met de onderhoudsafdeling. Identificeert en voert de juiste procesaanpassingen uit
- Organiseert en volgt de dagdagelijkse operaties binnen Packaging op, controleert de lijnprocessen, alles conform de VPO voorschriften
- Neemt de veiligheids- en milieunormen in acht
- Bewaakt de kwaliteitsnormen en voldoet aan de HACCP eisen
- Ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je wilt in shifts werken
- Goede kennis van het Engels
- Ervaring met het afvulproces is een pluspunt
- Goede kennis van de Office programma's
