    We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Deskside Support (DSS) engineer with good knowledge of IT infrastructure to provide desktop support to end users. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to working successfully with IT management, the IT back-office support teams and end users. In addition, they will participate in projects and execution of relevant workstreams. The role is critical in ensuring uptime of the business and enabling end users to function optimally within the IT environment.

  • Provide timely and accurate user support, ensuring adherence to committed Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Assist with ticket reviews, ensuring resolutions within SLAs and conducting audits for comprehensive documentation.
  • Analyze IT Service Management data for incidents and service requests, reporting trends and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and execute annual physical verification of assets.
  • Collaborate with IT team to maintain efficient desktop computing environment, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventive maintenance.

  • First experience in support and services with exposure to Infrastructure Environments
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools, Halo, Dynamics or similar is useful.
  • Strong experience of Azure AD, AD, AD Manager, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Admin & Exchange.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Team and MTR rooms.
  • IT Degree Beneficial.
  • Useful Training and Certifications: ITIL, Ms Azure Fundamentals & DevOps, Agile Project Management, Soft Skills.
  • Proficient in English and/or Dutch or French.
