- Plannen en optimaliseren van transportroutes en -schema's.
- Samenwerken met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, expediteurs en andere partners om de efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Toezicht houden op de behandeling en opslag van luchtcargo.
- Zorgen voor strikte naleving van alle veiligheids- en douaneregels.
- Onderhouden van nauwkeurige administratieve records en documentatie.
- Coördineren van de afhandeling van gevaarlijke goederen indien van toepassing.
- Reageren op operationele problemen en het implementeren van oplossingen.
- Rapporteren aan het management over de prestaties van het Cargo Departement.
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de luchtvrachtindustrie.
- Kennis van luchtvrachtprocedures, douanevoorschriften en beveiligingsprotocollen.
- Uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
- Vermogen om onder druk te werken en snel beslissingen te nemen.
- Bekendheid met logistieke software en systemen.
- Bereidheid om flexibele werktijden te hanteren, inclusief nachten en weekends.
- Optie vast na een geslaagde interim-periode
