- Provide technical guidance and support to Sales and Marketing teams.
- Enhance expertise in activated carbon, adsorption systems, services, and equipment.
- Train staff in activated carbon applications.
- Coordinate projects with the Application Engineering team.
- Troubleshoot activated carbon adsorption and reactivation systems as necessary.
- Improve technical knowledge and interpersonal skills for effective customer and colleague interactions.
- Provide technical support to European Sales and Marketing teams on activated carbon, mobile filter systems, and reactivation service.
- Oversee laboratory tests and pilot system operations.
- Analyze results, prepare technical reports, and meet customer requirements.
- Manage technical projects with customers.
- Maintain and enhance technical expertise for internal knowledge management and customer support.
- Stay updated on industry products and technologies, offering technical advice to the sales team.
- Train Sales and Marketing teams on activated carbon applications.
- Enhance customer relationships and technical knowledge.
- Deliver technical presentations at conferences.
- Degree in chemical engineering or bio-chemical engineering.
- Previous experience in air, gas, water, or liquid purification (3 years).
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
