    Bleckmann, een grote speler in de logistieke wereld zoekt nieuw talent Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in multimodaal transport, warehousing, retourlogistiek, douane afhandeling... Ze werken samen met merken zoals Gymshark, Zeb, Dries Van Noten en Lounge. Het bedrijf merkt een stijle groei en zoekt mensen met een interesse en passie voor de logistieke sector.

    Ze bieden een traineeship aan waarin je het reilen en zeilen leert kennen binnen elk departement. Gedurende 1-1,5 jaar werk je mee op elke afdeling en ontwikkel je gaandeweg jouw leidinggevende skills. Je start de eerste 4 weken als orderpicker en je groeit al snel door naar een leidinggevende functie. Rond je jouw traject af dan kom je idealiter terecht in een job als supervisor, shiftleader of zelfs operations manager.

    Heb je meer interesse in andere functies, gaat het bedrijf ook actief op zoek naar een functie binnen het bedrijf waar jij jezelf in ziet passen. Je kan bijvoorbeeld ook terecht komen op de HR, IT of marketing dienst.

    Jouw taken als leidinggevende:

    - Opvolgen van de planning
    - Opvolgen targets en bijsturen waar nodig
    - Aansturen van jouw team
    - Administratieve opvolging

    Kortom een mooie kans om efficient het gehele bedrijf te leren kennen en een mogelijkheid tot een snelle doorgroei naar een leidinggevende functie.

    Profiel

    - Je hebt een bachelor/master diploma
    - Je hebt een passie en/of interesse voor de logistieke sector
    - Je bent flexibel (5u48-13u48 en 14u - 22u)
    - Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels zodat je goed met jouw anderstalige collega's kan communiceren
    - Je hebt een grote portie ambitie & je bent leergierig
    - Je beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden en voelt je goed in een leidinggevende rol

    Aanbod

    Dankzij het traineeship zijn er snelle doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationaal bedrijf. Je krijgt de kans om een buitenlandse werkervaring op te doen indien je dit wenst.

    - Na 21 gewerkte dagen krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag.
    - Je komt terecht in een dynamische en snel groeiende multinational met werkzekerheid.
    - Binnen de firma heerst er een zeer goede sfeer en wordt er sterk ingezet op teamgevoel.
    - Indien je geen eigen vervoer hebt dan kan je gebruik maken van de Max Mobiel die jou vanaf Station Gent-Sint-Pieters voert tot bij Bleckmann.
    - Mogelijkheid om te werken binnen de site Desteldonk, Gent Zeehaven of Rieme (Evergem)
