- Commerciële ontwikkeling: Identificeren en richten op nieuwe marktkansen, onderhandelen over contracten en afronden van transacties om de inkomsten en groei te maximaliseren.

- Ervaring in BtoB-verkoop en accountmanagement, bij voorkeur in de sector van sportproducten.
- Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden, communicatievaardigheden, en gevorderde managementvaardigheden.
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden, projectmanagement en commerciële innovatie.
- Vermogen om marktgegevens te analyseren en strategische beslissingen te nemen.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen met klanten en collega's.
