- Collaborate with EHS Champions and Managers to develop the EHS Roadmap for QC department aligned with IBM audit requirements.
- Manage documentation by organizing and categorizing EHS records in appropriate systems.
- Track deadlines related to IBM audit readiness.
- Assist in planning and coordinating EHS meetings, including note-taking, minutes distribution, and assigning follow-up tasks.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teamsites).
- Experience in administrative roles, QC, documentation, training, governance, or relevant fields.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Enthusiastic about learning EHS practices.
- Keen to adapt to new applications and business processes.
