- Lead and manage a team of 7 to 10 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive project sales in the industrial and public works sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineering firms, municipalities, and contractors to drive business development.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Implement new processes and initiatives to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accompany sales teams on client visits to provide support, guidance, and strategic direction.
- Act as a true leader and mentor, inspiring the team to excel and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Proven experience in project sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales methodologies is preferred.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals towards achieving targets.
