As we continue to expand our reach, we're seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team.Your Role:
As an Account Manager in end-to-end Data Solutions, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of both existing and prospective customers.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions & projects to drive business growth.
As the primary point of contact for your customer, you will handle the complete sales process from A to Z, driving customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with our marketing and business development teams will be essential to expand your network and reach new opportunities.Your
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your existing sales experience to effectively manage and grow your customer base.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the data world, including important technologies and concepts such as ETL/ELT, Data Lake, data governance, cloud migration, etc.
- Stay uptodate with innovative solutions in the industry, like Snowflake, Databricks, MS Fabric, Qlik/Talend, PowerBI and others.
- Understand and identify client needs and challenges, proposing the bestfit solutions to meet their requirements.
- Foster collaboration with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
- Report directly to the Sales & Operations Manager, providing regular updates on client activities and sales performance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in administrative tasks to ensure efficient account management and documentation.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within the existing client base to maximize revenue potential.
Your talents:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a clear passion for IT & Business Solutions
- Proven experience (min 4 years) in selling ICT Solutions and/or Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non technical stakeholders, building strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Results oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team player with a positive, enthusiastic "can do" attitude
- Dutch or French speaking, and you can express yourself fluently in English
