- Plans and Executes Research : Conducts comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights into user behaviours, needs, and motivations.
- Analyses Data : Utilizes Content square and other analytics tools to study user interaction data, identifying trends and extracting actionable insights.
- Collaborates on Design : Works closely with the design and development teams, applying research findings to guide design decisions and product enhancements.
- Maps User Journeys : Creates detailed maps of user journeys, identifying key interactions, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conducts Usability Testing : Designs and executes usability tests to validate designs and iterates based on user feedback.
- Communicates Findings : Prepares detailed reports and presentations, sharing research findings and recommendations with stakeholders across the organization.
- Establishes Research Frameworks : Develops and refines UX research methodologies to ensure effective and efficient collection and analysis of user data.
- Keeps Abreast of Industry Trends : Stays informed about the latest trends in UX research, data analytics, and technology, particularly advancements in Content square.
- University degree with minimum 3 years' UX research experience and a strong portfolio
- Expertise in data analysis, especially with Content square
- Deep understanding of user-cantered design principles
- Content square certification
- Google Analytics certification would be a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English. Dutch and/or French would be a plus
